There is no contact form here on purpose. Most of what is worth sending — a screenshot of a page, a link to the official source that contradicts us — is easier to attach to an email than to paste into a box.
What to Send
Corrections
The most useful thing you can send. Name the page and, if you have it, the source. Every correction is checked against the primary source, and where we are wrong the figure is fixed and the page's review date changes.
Something out of date
Estonian figures move, sometimes mid-year. If you have just been quoted a different number by the Tax and Customs Board or the Police and Border Guard Board, that is worth knowing about.
A gap worth filling
If you went looking for something on this site and it was not here, say so. That is how the next page gets chosen.
What We Cannot Do
Worth writing about
These get a real reply:
- A figure on this site that is wrong or stale
- A source that contradicts something published here
- A broken link, or a page that does not work
- A subject the site should cover and does not
Better asked elsewhere
We are not able to help with these:
- Whether your specific application will be approved
- Reviewing your documents or your contract
- Your personal tax position, or your company's
- Anything that needs a licensed professional or a decision from an Estonian authority
Do not send sensitive details
Email is not a secure channel. Please do not send passport numbers, bank details, health information or anything about a criminal matter. Nothing this site can help with requires them.
Providers and Partnerships
Enquiries from banks, insurers, service providers and agencies are read, and are answered honestly rather than warmly. There is no paid placement on this site: a payment cannot buy a mention, a recommendation, or a position in a comparison table. The editorial guidelines set out what does and does not change if a commercial agreement is ever signed.
